About 5 years ago now on a chilly spring evening, Angus wandered into Master Kong's on Wellington's waterfront to pick up some tucker. As many will agree, Angus isn't the most aware of humans, especially when food is incumbent, so was completely ignorant of the fact that he was being watched.
From a table across the room Georgina was captivated by this tall rogue that was both strikingly handsome and a complete run of the mill whiteboy. Angus looks up to see an absolute Amazon looking his way. Long dark hair, Whittakers Hazella skin, sparkling eyes, ethnically ambiguous and a mouthful of half chewed bang bang chicken - absolute perfection.
As the story goes their eyes met and locked into a binding gaze. A strong Welly gale burst through the doors, the lights dimmed on their own and patrons gasped at the enchanting electricity that had filled the room.
Our Story
A whale breached metres from the quay, birds sang in choral unison, bagpipes and ma ulu ulu drums seemed to bellow from the heavens and the two lovers floated into a destined embrace engulfed in the eternal flames of love.
There's another version where he scampers home, redownloads Bumble, finds his chat history with Gina and then slides into her DMs on Instagram like a real man - but this is rumour, hearsay and likely fake news.
Although the beginnings are argued it is certain that what has followed has been a tale of romance and adventure that has spanned the globe. And thus you are cordially invited to participate in the next chapter: Angus and Georgina's wedding in Bali.

When booking your accommodation, we suggest staying within a 25 minute radius of the wedding venue, Puri Bhagawan. Jimbaran and inner Uluwatu being the most convenient.
